Shipment Processing Times (Physical Products)

Standard Shipment Times: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.

International Shipment times:  Please allow 5-7 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered. 

Holiday Shipment Period: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.

Please allow full processing time before reaching out for your order status. 

Shipment Processing Times (Digital Products)

All digital products will be sent automatically to the customer's email address, which they use at checkout upon purchase.

Please check your junk/spam folder in case our email, which includes your download links, has been filtered by your email settings.

You will receive two emails automatically to confirm your order and another containing your download links.

Please ensure that the device you are using to download the file(s) supports standard MP4 video files, MP3/WAV audio files, and PDF document files.
