Shipment Processing Times (Physical Products):

• Standard Shipment Times: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.
• International Shipment times:  Please allow 5-7 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered. 
• Holiday Shipment Period: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.

Shipment Processing Times (Digital Products):

All digital products will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folder in case our email, which contains your download links, has been filtered by your email settings. You will receive two emails: one to confirm your order and another with your download links. Ensure that the device you are using to download the files supports standard MP4 video files, MP3/WAV audio files, and PDF documents.

If you cannot find the email containing your digital download, please check your spam folder. Your email settings may have filtered it.

If you did not receive the digital product that you ordered from our website, we kindly request that you reach out to us by utilizing the Contact Form or by emailing support@danemakeyouthink.com with your Order Number. We will ensure that you receive prompt assistance. In the event that you inadvertently provided an incorrect email address during the checkout process, please notify us so that we may update your account information and resend your order accordingly.

After downloading the files to your device, you can find them in your device's default 'Downloads' folder. If you ordered video files, they will be in the industry-standard MP4 format. If you ordered audio files, they will be in either the industry-standard MP3 or WAV format.

If your device only plays the audio of the video file you downloaded, your device's default media player needs to be updated to play standard MP4-format video files. Alternatively, you can download a different media player from the App Store for free, allowing you to play MP4 files as intended.

If you receive a message stating "download limit exceeded" when trying to download the file again from the original email with your download link, it means you have reached the maximum number of permitted downloads for that particular item. Please note that the email containing your download link(s) will specify how many times you can download each item. There is a limit on downloads for security reasons.
